Ένα νέο κομμάτι με τίτλο “Corpse Dance” κυκλοφορεί στο ολοκαίνουριο live album του ο Father John Misty, το οποίο και ηχογραφήθηκε στο Sunset Center στο Carmel-by-the-Sea της Καλιφόρνια. Ακούστε το εδώ.
Το Live at the Sunset Cultural Center περιλαμβάνει 18 κομμάτια από τη συναυλία του Josh Tillman που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 15 Δεκεμβρίου, ενώ το νέο κομμάτι του καλλιτέχνη διαρκεί σχεδόν 8 λεπτά και έχει ως βάση του την ακουστική κιθάρα.
Ο Tillman ερμήνευσε κατά τη διάρκεια της συναυλίας κομμάτια από τον τελευταίο του δίσκο, Chloë and the Next 20th Century (“Chloë”, “Goodbye Mr. Blue”) μαζί με παλιότερα cuts όπως τα “Hollywood Forever Cemetery Sings”, “Nancy from Now On”, “I Love You, Honeybear”, “Chateau Lobby #4 (In C for Two Virgins)” και “Ballad of the Dying Man”.
Το Chloë and the Next 20th Century κυκλοφόρησε τον Απρίλιο του 2022, ενώ για την ώρα δεν γνωρίζουμε αν το “Corpse Dance” θα περιλαμβάνεται σε κάποιο μελλοντικό project.
